About Michal Olechowski

I have been a resident of South Milwaukee for over 15 years, and I worked at Bucyrus/Caterpillar from 2005 to 2017 as a design engineer. Currently, I still hold the same position and have nearly 16 years of experience in this field. Over the years, I have gained expertise in product development, timely delivery, budget management, and quality assurance. I understand the significance of informed decision-making and effective communication with stakeholders. I recognize the necessity of asking tough questions. I believe in transparency, accountability, and fair dialogue. Based on my skills and experience, I am confident that I can make valuable contributions to the common council's success
